The RiteLoad is the latest generation of hydraulic dock levellers, which impresses with its outstanding robustness and reliability with significantly faster availability.
Available sizes:
The new leveller is available in nominal lengths from 2,000 to 4,500 mm with nominal widths of 2,000 and 2,250 mm and overall heights from 600 to 900 mm. Depending on the application or type of use, models for load capacities of 60 and 100 kN can be selected.
Safety features:
Among others: Anti-slip tear plate, yellow/black warning stripes, automatic floating position, automatic return function, restart interlock after power failure and an electro-hydraulic emergency stop in case of pressure loss in the lifting cylinders.
Innovative controls:
A variety of different control systems are available for the new dock leveller – from the simple leveller control to the combi-box, with which several products at the loading point can be operated centrally via one control box, e.g. sectional door and wheel lock.
Assembly frame:
Formwork frames, curb angle frames for pre-casted pit frames and special frames for loading houses are available.
Colours:
In addition to the standard colour of the dock leveller, RAL 7016 (grey), many other RAL colours are available as well as a fully galvanised version (including the frames).
Versatile combination possibilities:
